Volleyball Victoria is responsible for selecting and managing teams to represent Victoria at national championships and competitions. This includes the Melbourne Vipers in the Australian Volleyball Super League, and representative Victorian teams for Indoor and Beach Volleyball at Youth (U14-U18) and Junior (U19 & U23) levels. We typically run trials for squads before selecting teams to travel.

The 2024 Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships (AYBVC) were held in Coolangatta, QLD, March 18-21.
This is the list of athletes who were offered a place in the training squads.
Victoria finshed 2nd in the President's Shield with 11 points. Our teams won 3 gold medals and 1 silver medal at the 2024 Championships.

The Australian Youth Volleyball Championships (AYVC) will be held in Bendigo, Victoria, 15th-20th September, 2024.
Volleyball Victoria participates annually in the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships (AYVC). This is a State based National Championships that represents the highest level of volleyball available at the U14-U18 age groups.
Open trials for these teams will be on Sunday, 12 May (for boys), and Sunday, 19 May (for girls), at the State Volleyball Centre, 270 Stud Road, Dandenong North, with invite-only additional selection trials to follow.

The Australian Junior Volleyball Championships (AJVC) will be held in Adelaide, South Australia, 11-14 July, 2024.
Volleyball Victoria will be selecting one women's and one men's team to compete in the Under 19 Championships, and one women's and one men's team to compete in the Under 23 Championships. Trials for these teams will be on Sunday, 28 April, and Sunday, 5 May 2024 at the State Volleyball Centre.
