2025 Melbourne Vipers – Head & Assistant Coach Expression of Interest

Volleyball Victoria is seeking expressions of interest for Coaches interested in being a part of the Melbourne Vipers Super League Club.
Positions are open for Head Coach and 1st Assistant coach who are part of the travelling delegation as well as 2-3 additional assistant coaches per team to assist with training, strength and conditioning and home round support.
The Season is set for 5 regular season rounds, late September – October 2025 with semi-finals and grand finals across two weekends.
The Head Coach should be ably qualified and experienced to lead a successful Super League campaign, be prepared to work with appointed Assistant Coaches who complement their skillsets and within the parameters of the program set out by Volleyball Victoria, and be a unifying coach open to bringing together the Victorian community through fan engagement and commercial opportunities.
Head Coaches will be expected to plan for trials and work closely with the Volleyball Victoria Pathways Manager and Vipers Program Coordinator on the implementation of this program.
VIPERS TRIAL DATES (Times & Location TBC)
Sunday May 25 (open to registered triallists)
Wednesday May 28 (open to registered triallists)
Sunday June 1 (invitation only)
Note: Vipers trial times will not clash with Youth & Junior Programs.
