Volleyball Victoria, in partnership with the Melbourne Vipers, will be hosting a Melbourne Vipers Development Camp in the Term 1 School Holidays for both Boys and Girls aged 12-17.
Join us for a 3-day Volleyball Camp to better your volleyball skills prior to the State Team trials. Athletes will improve their setting, passing, hitting, serving etc. technique and execution as well as learn from special guest speakers each day on a wide-range of topics. Be sure to register quickly as spots are limited as our last Vipers camp sold out!
- Location: State Volleyball Centre, 270 Stud Road, Dandenong North.
- Dates: Tuesday 9th April to Thursday 11th April
- Times: U14-U16 (Athletes born 2009-2011) each day check in from 8:30am. 3:40pm Pick up.
U17-U18 (Athletes born 2007-2008) each day check in from 9:50am. 5pm Pick up. - Cost: $250 per athlete
Purpose:
The purposes of the Melbourne Vipers Development Camps are to:
- Provide a Volleyball Development opportunity to youth volleyball athletes in the lead-up to State Team Trials
- Include special guest speakers and presentations to educate athletes on various topics such as rest & recovery, mindset etc.
- Expose athletes to Victorian Pathways coaches and athletes, connecting the Melbourne Vipers to our Volleyball community
- Support the Melbourne Vipers athletes from the 2023 program as well as ahead of the 2024 program
