This is the form for completing team entries and making the first part-payment for Season 3 of the 2024 Social Beach Volleyball Pairs competition at Dandenong Stadium from 4th September through to 11 December.

1. Please ensure all players entering have at minimum a current Volleyball Victoria Silver ($55) membership. If you are unsure or need help, please contact memberships@volleyballvictoria.org.au, otherwise get your membership here: https://www.volleyballvictoria.org.au/registration
2. Enter the full name and VA ID (membership number) of all players in your team.
3. The full playing cost for the team for the season is $424.00
4. You can choose to make part payments of your team playing fees (not memberships) as you go in three installments:
   1. Part Payments ($170 upfront + $127 per month)
      1. $170 upfront - due 29th August 2024.
      2. $127 due 30th September 2024.
      3. $127 due 31st October 2024.
