The 2026 VV AGM will be held on Sunday, 17 May 2026 at 10:00am both online via Teams and in the Function Room at the State Volleyball Centre, 270 Stud Road Dandenong North. AGM Notice papers can be found attached below
Notice of Volleyball Victoria 2026 Annual General Meeting
Volleyball Victoria are pleased to announce the 2026 AGM will take place on Sunday, 17 May 2026 at 10:00am both online via Teams and in the Function Room at the State Volleyball Centre, 270 Stud Road Dandenong North. This will be immediately by the Affiliate Awards and the President's Lunch, then the Delegates Meeting. All Clubs and Associations must complete renewal paperwork and registration for 2026 to participate in the AGM.
Notice of Special Business
In accordance with the Volleyball Victoria Constitution 11.3 - Special Business, calls for special business to be tabled at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Volleyball Victoria Office by April 13th 2026 9:00am
Call for Nominations for Board positions
In accordance with the VVI Constitution, the following Elected Directors positions are up for re-election at the next AGM to serve a 2 year term:
• Matthew Lanham – Elected Director
• Gabrielle Famous – Elector Director
• Catherine Gordon – Elected Director
The following position is open and will serve a 1 year term after resignation in October 2025
• Dr Shweta Sharma
As required by the Constitution, we are required to seek other Nominations from Voting Members for these three Elected Director Board positions. Nominations must be made in accordance with the below process and in consideration of the Nominee Criteria.
Nomiantions are open until Monday 13th April 2026 9:00am.
Affiliates & Life Members will recieve an RSVP link via email next week, where you will be able to nominate your representative delegate who will attend the AGM. There will also be an online option for those who cannot attend in person in Melbourne.
